Dr. Kathy Pillow-Price is the Director of the Early Care and Education Projects at the University of Arkansas and a nationally recognized leader in early childhood education. She brings extensive experience in executive leadership, program management, and the development of statewide networks that support children, families, and educators.
Dr. Pillow-Price has held influential positions with the Education Development Center, the Arkansas Home Visiting Network, Lyon College, and Arkansas State University. A dedicated advocate, she has served as Chair of the Arkansas Early Childhood Commission and as a member of her local school board.
She actively contributes to numerous state and national advisory boards and committees focused on child and family well-being. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to improving child outcomes, empowering families, and advancing the early childhood profession.
