Education Innovation Rally 2025

Eric Kelley is a seventh grade ELA teacher at Wonder Junior High School in West Memphis, AR.  He is currently in his sixth year as an educator.  Prior to entering the field of education, he spent about twenty years in the medical administration field, working in the areas of both office management and marketing.
Eric has been married to Michelle since 2021, and is the father of two grown sons.  Outside of their professions, Eric and Michelle are involved in their church, and enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading, traveling, and spending time with their nieces and nephews.
Eric speaks on the topics of parent communication and teaching the children of single parents.  Before becoming a teacher, he spend several years as a single parent, and developed a passion for working with others in similar situations.
